We feel it is important for our clients to know that we are just as motivated as they are to see qualified tenants in their houses. As such, we will not collect any fees upfront, while we market, advertise, and show the property. We will keep you updated by email for showing appointments, including feedback when available. Vacancy depends on location, amenities, and property rent-ready condition.
