Our Fees
We feel it is important for our clients to know that we are just as motivated as they are to see qualified tenants in their house. As such, we will not collect any fees upfront, while we market, advertise and show the property. We will keep you updated by email for showing appointments, including feedback when available.  Vacancy depends on location, amenities and property rent-ready condition.
